Visiting Your Space
Will you visit my home? Do you take measurements?
Our showroom is in Larnaca, but we serve and visit homes across Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and other areas.
We will be happy to come to you and we will even bring a selection of our large fabric collection with us. We find it’s the best way to help you choose the right product for your home.
We have plenty of experience to help you with your decision and we will even measure up while we’re there.

We will help you explore between textures, patterns and colours to ensure your curtains complement your furniture, walls, flooring and overall design concept.

Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll provide a detailed quotation based on your chosen products and measurements.
There’s never any pressure to proceed, and we’re always happy to answer questions or make adjustments if needed. Quotes remain valid for 4 weeks.
Making Your Curtains
How will you make my curtains?
Once you’re happy with your choice, your curtains will be made to your exact measurements and specifications. This ensures a perfect fit and a high-quality finish that looks great and works exactly as it should – every detail is tailored to your space.
Keeping You Informed
How long will it take to make my curtains?
Depending on the product you choose, delivery time is between 2 to 5 weeks. We will always let you know in advance about the approximate production and delivery time according to your final choices.
We will also give you updates during the production process if anything comes up so you are up to date with your order status and delivery/installation time.
Expert Installation
Do you offer installation?
We will take care of the fitting and installation by our professional team unless you’ve chosen otherwise. Other products like motorised rails and blinds may require a specialist team but we’ll let you know about that.
Fitting shouldn’t take too long, it’s usually done within a couple of hours but that always depends on the quantity of the project.
Aftercare & Support
What if I have questions or issues after installation?
We make everything with love, care and attention, so we’re happy to help if anything comes up after delivery or installation.
Our team is on hand to help answer any questions and we often come to the site to help with any little niggles you may be experiencing.
We will also provide you with all the washing instructions for the cleaning and aftercare of all the products you bought from us.

When you use our contact form: your name, your email or phone number, your message, and any photos you choose to attach – so we can answer your enquiry.
When you join our mailing list: your name and email address – so we can send you occasional updates, with your consent.
When you visit our website: anonymous statistics about how you arrived (for example from a search engine, a social network, an AI assistant or an advert), the page you started on, the language you chose and which contact buttons you used (for example Call or WhatsApp) – so we can see which channels bring people to us. These contain no names, IP addresses, cookies or any other identifier, so they cannot be linked to you.
3. Our legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) on the basis that such processing is necessary: (i) for the performance of our services or to take steps at the request of the customer prior to the provision of services, including the provision of quotations, sales and installation services, (ii) for compliance with our legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements, (iii) for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as the proper management and improvement of our services, provided that such interests are not overridden by the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, and (iv) where required, on the basis of the customer’s consent.
4. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries: up to 2 years after we last hear from you, unless you become a customer – in which case we keep what we need for our records and any legal or accounting obligations.
Mailing-list details: until you unsubscribe (just respond to any of our emails with “unsubscribe” – we’ll remind you about your right to do so on every email we send).
5. Who we share it with
We may share personal data with third parties where necessary for the provision of our services, compliance with our legal obligations or for the protection of our legitimate interests. Such third parties may include suppliers and installers involved in the execution of customer orders, professional advisers (such as auditors, accountants and legal advisers), competent authorities where required by law, and service providers supporting our business operations (such as IT and payment service providers). We ensure that any such disclosure is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it, at any time. To do so, just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
