Designing Your Sofa
Can you help design my own sofa?
Whether you’re creating a bespoke sofa for your living room or giving a much-loved sofa a new lease of life through re-upholstery, we’ll guide you through the available options.
We’ll discuss sizes, layouts, cushion styles, comfort levels and finishing details to create a piece that’s perfectly suited to your home.

Visiting Your Space
Will you visit my home, or should I come to you?
Our showroom is in Larnaca, but we serve and visit homes across Cyprus, including Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and other areas.
We’ll be happy welcome you to our showroom, or visit your home to discuss your ideas, take measurements and understand how your sofa will be used. We can also bring a selection of fabric samples with us, allowing you to see different colours and textures in your own space.

Once we’ve agreed on the design and specifications, we’ll provide a detailed quotation outlining all costs.
There is never any pressure to proceed, and we’re happy to answer questions or refine the design until you’re completely comfortable with your choice. Quotes remain valid for 4 weeks.

How will you make my sofa?
Our skilled craftsmen carefully manufacture your bespoke sofa or expertly re-upholster your existing piece, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
We’ll always advise you of the expected production time and keep you informed throughout the process.
Delivery
Will you deliver my sofa?
Once your sofa is ready, we’ll arrange delivery and position it in your home with care. We’ll ensure everything is exactly as expected and ready for you to enjoy.

What if I have questions or issues after delivery?
We want your sofa to be enjoyed for many years to come.
We’ll provide guidance on caring for your chosen fabric and are always available if you have any questions after delivery.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why
When you use our contact form: your name, your email or phone number, your message, and any photos you choose to attach – so we can answer your enquiry.
When you join our mailing list: your name and email address – so we can send you occasional updates, with your consent.
When you visit our website: anonymous statistics about how you arrived (for example from a search engine, a social network, an AI assistant or an advert), the page you started on, the language you chose and which contact buttons you used (for example Call or WhatsApp) – so we can see which channels bring people to us. These contain no names, IP addresses, cookies or any other identifier, so they cannot be linked to you.
3. Our legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) on the basis that such processing is necessary: (i) for the performance of our services or to take steps at the request of the customer prior to the provision of services, including the provision of quotations, sales and installation services, (ii) for compliance with our legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements, (iii) for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as the proper management and improvement of our services, provided that such interests are not overridden by the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, and (iv) where required, on the basis of the customer’s consent.
4. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries: up to 2 years after we last hear from you, unless you become a customer – in which case we keep what we need for our records and any legal or accounting obligations.
Mailing-list details: until you unsubscribe (just respond to any of our emails with “unsubscribe” – we’ll remind you about your right to do so on every email we send).
5. Who we share it with
We may share personal data with third parties where necessary for the provision of our services, compliance with our legal obligations or for the protection of our legitimate interests. Such third parties may include suppliers and installers involved in the execution of customer orders, professional advisers (such as auditors, accountants and legal advisers), competent authorities where required by law, and service providers supporting our business operations (such as IT and payment service providers). We ensure that any such disclosure is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it, at any time. To do so, just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
